Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our Services ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

Feedback

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIREX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virex and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. General Provisions
